During a recent refurbishment of a Tesco Express, an area of damp measuring approximately 10 square metres was found, which meant that Main Contractors - Key Property Solutions Limited - needed to quickly source a qualified damp specialist in the area, who had the required skills and CSCS accreditation.
Enter Amvale Damp Proofing Services, who after making an assessment of the work that needed to be done, were awarded the contract.
Work was completed on time three days later much to the satisfaction of site manager Michael Molineux.

Project: Private dwelling, Condensation and Mold
We were recently asked to make a visit to a large semi-detached property in the Norwood Road area of Scunthorpe.
Tell-tale signs of unsightly and potentially health threatening mold was present throughout. Our free assessment identified the cause, and the owner of the property decided to go ahead with mold removal and a Positive Input Ventilation system.
